Day by day, you will increase in strength, flexibility, and the embodied awareness of your own practice through a wide variety of yoga and meditation classes that build on each other. You will have daily yoga practices, relaxing afternoons to enjoy the Island, as well as free time to explore the community or venture to other areas on the Island. The Hotel is located right on the beach, giving you the chance to relax and admire the beautiful view of the see and the mountains from the Yoga Shalas or your bedroom. This location and the program provide a holistic experience that both rejuvenates and restores harmony and balance. What does it mean to be a yogi in a deeper sense of the word? what’s included: - 4 nights’ half-bord accommodation (breakfast buffe and lunch OR dinner) in a Superior room with private balcony and sea view of the crystal-clear Aegean Sea (vegetarian, vegan, gluten-free options are available) - Transfers upon arrival and departure in Amorgos island (port-hotel-port) - One 30’-minute relaxing massage at the hotel’s peaceful spa complex, Lalon Idor Spa - 10% discount on Face and Body treatments at Lalon Idor Spa - Use of the Lalon Idor Spa facilities (the sauna and hammam, Jacuzzi, the indoor heated seawater swimming pool and the fitness center) - 2 Yoga classes a day and 3 workshops - Use of wireless internet - VAT, City Tax ** You can also choose your meal plan as a full board, meaning you can enjoy breakfast, lunch, and dinner daily and this cost is per person per meal will be 18€. (it's 4€ per room, per night) - Other expenses *(After the registration you will get a package offer that include: Flights, Ferry ticket and Airport - Port transfers) The Island: Amorgos is a remarkably unspoiled island at the south-eastern edge of the Cyclades group, where traditional customs are still inextricably interwoven into a landscape as rich in beauty as in its history and culture. The length of the island is 33 kms and its width ranges between 1,5 to 6 kms. There are three mountain peaks — Krikelos (822m) to the north, Profitis Ilias (699 metres) in the middle and Korax (607 metres) to the south-west. The dramatic mountain scenery provides a fine backdrop to some excellent walking There are several beaches along the coast line. In Aegiali, the beach is long and sandy, starting from the edge of the fishing village Ormos. “Levroso”, “Psili Ammos” and “Hohlakas” are a 15 min. walk from the port, while they can also be reached by small boat on a regular schedule. How to get there: Amorgos does not have an airport but is easily reached with daily ferries. Athens International Airport (ATH) is the most convenient to arrive. Ferries dock alternately at the two ports of Amorgos Island: Katapola and Aegiali (near to the hotel).
